Hello School!

After a long and fun summer, we welcomed back school with open arms this year! I think they were pretty ready to go back even though they didn't admit to it. It was a little chilly, thus the pants. I think they look pretty handsome!

1st GRADE!

So today was the BIG day for all of us!

Caden is now in 1st grade! I couldn't believe this day finally came. He was so excited to go and was really looking forward to......... eating in the cafeteria! Not so much excited about their food, but excited that he could take his NEW lunch bag with his cold lunch to school!! He's funny!

So when I picked him up today I asked him what his favorite thing is about 1st grade and he said....... yep, you guessed it -- eating in the cafeteria!! I guess there's something about eating your familiar food in a new place! His second favorite was having lots of recesses!

Here's a picture of Caden and Brooke. She's in our ward and they were in the same kindergarten class together. They are so cute!

Here's to a new lunch bag, having THREE recesses (instead of 1), and eating in the cafeteria!
