Before school started, Caden headed to the hospital for a second colonoscopy… poor guy is still having stomach issues and we figured it would be the best to have this taken care of before school started. Thankfully, because he had already done this before, he wasn’t as nervous. Also, another blessing was in 2 years time, they changed the way they administer the ivs to peds patients so that whole process was so much nicer! A peds specialist came in and gave him an oxygen mask and coated it with his choice of yummy smelling chapstick! That definitely was the best way to go. Gratefully the scope came back perfect, but unfortunately we still don’t have any answers.
