While the boys headed west to Portland for a boys trip, Kennedy and I went to Idaho Falls to visit grandparents and cousins. Kinley was patiently waiting for us to arrive! She couldn’t wait to play with “Special K”! We also drove over to Wyoming to visit Great Grandpa Lindberg. He played dollies with Kenz and he even played his accordion for her!

A little photoshoot with Kenz
As we were out running errands one morning, I thought it would be fun to take some pics with some natural lighting of Kenz in her new skirt! It’s so fun to have a girl!
St. Patricks Day 2012
We had a St. Patrick’s Day breakfast for dinner! Adam was at an all-day class, so it was just the kids and I for dinner…pancakes, eggs, green milk, and a fruit rainbow!
A bit of craziness
Dad and Kenz balancing! A glow stick dance party that was a huge hit! Kenz found my high heels and Gabe thought she was pretty cute!
Happy Birthday Kennedy!
We haven’t had a birthday for a while, so the boys were especially excited to celebrate Kennedy turning 2! The first thing she opened was a skirt that she immediately put on inside out over her pajamas! I don’t know who was more excited to open her presents – Kenz or her brothers?!
Random
Caden discovered how to make Angry Birds out of Legos – and he’s been on an Angry Birds kick ever since! I love to see their creativity shine through Legos!!
Tanner had his 100th day of school and wanted to dress up for the big day – complete with the cane and glasses! He opted out on dying his hair grey – too much of a stretch for him, but I was excited to hear he wanted to dress up!
Gabe had a preschool fieldtrip to Albertsons. He got a great bag of goodies! Here’s his preschool buddies! It’s been a good co-op group this year!
More February
In February we had our Blue and Gold Banquet for scouts. The boys were asked to bake a cake with their dads to bring for dessert. I was so excited to see how these two would do in the kitchen – since the rule was no help from mom! These little bakers did great! And the final product was delish! Good job guys!
Happy Valentines 2012
I didn’t catch a picture of the older two, but I did get this one of the younger two! Tanner and Caden made some fun valentine boxes that we spent many hours on the night before….and all in all it was a fun day with our traditional heart pizza/candlelight dinner!
McCall in February
We decided to take the kids up to McCall in February to see the Winter Festival ice sculptures. It had been 5 yrs since we had been up there. The kids were so excited to go sledding in the snow that they didn’t care much about the sculptures. It was a beautiful day – perfect weather! The kids were in love!
Finally some snow!
We finally received some snow in January! It seems like we waited a long time to see some white stuff! Kennedy wasn’t sure what to think of it, but she definitely was in love with her new pink boots!
That night after dinner, the kids were all excited to go out and play in it! A lot of it had already melted. Tan wanted to give Kenz a ride on the sled.
The $1000 smile!
After waiting for 7 months….Caden finally got his braces off! We were all very excited! No more flossing in between those buggers! Yay! Happy Day! They look great Caden! Good work!
