Let the Games Begin!

Tonight was Caden's first baseball game! He's on a coach-pitch team (Diamondabacks with Coach Dan) that started practicing two weeks ago. He was excited to play for real tonight! I was so proud of him -- considering that this was his first game ever (no tee ball). He was up to bat twice and had a great hit to the outfield and then one to shortstop. He also caught a pop fly and right after tagged a runner at second! It was fun watching all the boys have fun. I love that they're not too serious, everyone is happy, and the coaches are cheering the other team's players on, too! Oh yeah, it was beautiful weather-- only about 85! (seriously) :)
I was proud of Gabe, too. He sat through half of the game in his stroller, then had to move on to Tanner's chair!
